Step Two: Get Appraised

We take care of the entire appraisal process. We have a national database of qualified commercial appraisers, so we're able to easily select the best talent and turn-around time for your loan.

We'll let you know if there are any other supporting documents we need. Once the appraisal has been approved, you are one step closer to closing the loan.

Step Three: Receive Funds
